Appetizer Recipes : Avocado Dip with Chilies


Serves 6 to 8

Ingredients :

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 ripe tomato, diced
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 small can (5-oz.) green chilies, drained and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Mash avocados in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.

The Skinny: Use fat free tortilla chips.
