Appetizer Recipes : Tuna Mango Spread
Ingredients :
2 7-oz. cans solid white tuna water packed
6 Tbsp. mango chutney, chopped
3 Tbsp. chives, chopped
4 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped or 2 tsp. of dried
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve on crackers or toast points.
Tips : Pretty Easy huh ? Use low fat cream cheese.
