Main Course Recipes : Linguine with Clam Sauce


Ingredients :

1 26-oz. jar pasta sauce
4 6-oz. cans minced clams, undrained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 pound linguine
One third cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Combine pasta sauce, clams, garlic and red pepper flakes in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions, drain and serve with clam sauce on top. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.

Tips : Not much room for improvement here.
